About Us
Waveform Intelligence.
Straightforward, affordable competitive insights.
Our Values
Equity
At Waveform Intelligence, we ensure that our policies, practices, and systems promote equity, and we will continually review and update them to ensure they meet this goal. The collective sum of the individual life experiences, unique capabilities, and talent our network invests in their work represents a significant part of our reputation and achievement.
Integrity
We are committed to conducting ethical research, upholding professional standards of conduct, and being transparent with clients regarding data collection, analysis, and reporting. We also adhere to the strictest standards of client confidentiality when dealing with sensitive topics and trade secrets.
Honesty
We embrace difficult conversations and know that not all reporting delivers positive news. Our commitment lies in presenting data and trends as they are discovered, firmly believing that providing clients with unbiased information is to their benefit. We believe that "yes men" do nothing to help and further an organization's mission.
Accountability
Audience research can be messy, and data sources inevitably provide inaccuracies that we strive to filter out. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in our work. We also believe in the principle of continuous improvement and are always open to feedback and suggestions.

Previously Joshua worked at Revmade, leading its Audience & Insights practice. He spent several years at Atlantic Media working with its portfolio of brands, including The Atlantic, Government Executive, and National Journal, in a multi-functional capacity — from financial planning and strategy to marketing and analytics.
Outside his professional work, Joshua is a dedicated husband, father, and sports fan (sometimes in that order). He is happiest eating bagels with his family on Saturday mornings while watching West Ham United underperform expectations from his couch.
