Audit Roadmap

The audit typically lasts 1-2 months, depending on the availability of your team and the speed at which platforms and reports are made available.

  • Intake meeting: Kickoff meeting with your core team, discussing its view of the current state of the organization, known strengths and weaknesses, and current roadmap for improvements.

  • Stakeholder interviews: Meetings across the organization, in groups of 1-2 employees, to learn more about the needs and activities of disparate groups.

  • Platform reviews: Gaining access to platforms across the organization to learn more about how your organization uses data and the extent to which your organization is getting the most out of its current platforms.

  • Reporting analyses: Gaining access to recent research and reports and evaluating the extent to which current reports meet the needs of current stakeholders and ladder up to core business objectives.

  • Handbook delivery: This document summarizes your organization's current state of affairs, outlines recommended improvements to how your organization uses its insights, and presents a roadmap to help you achieve these goals.

  • Starting at $15,000, with an optional add-on, after delivering the Handbook, to continue our work with you to implement our findings as part of an ongoing retainer.

  • Our insights handbook is designed for your team to use as a Day 1 resource with prioritized next steps for integrating recommendations and insights systems into ongoing operations.

    It includes:

    • An evaluation of current platforms and reports for the current scope of data collection and how each is used (or not used) today.

    • An insights system framework for how data will be used to proactively inform teams about audience trends and enable them to report on success effectively.

    • A KPI framework outlining what is to be reported, to whom (across teams and stakeholders), and how frequently it will be delivered to maximize team utility.

    • Platform recommendations, including identifying upgrades to existing tracking mechanisms and making a shortlist of which new platforms or research methods could be onboarded.

  • As an optional add-on, after delivering the Handbook, we may work with you to implement its findings as part of an ongoing retainer. Depending on the findings of the audit, we may:

    • Socialize Handbook findings across teams and stakeholders, including bringing new team members up to speed as necessary.

    • Upgrade platform capabilities in collaboration with your organization’s development team.

    • Evaluate new platform solutions with relevant stakeholders, including as part of an RFP process.
